Earlier this month we welcomed the worldwide respected clinician, researcher and educator Dr. Alison Grimaldi. SmartEducation hosted a course (both in Ghent and in Leuven) with her on “Lateral Hip & Buttock Pain“. Dr. Alison Grimaldi, works as a physiotherapist in her private clinic in Brisbane. She also teaches different courses worldwide and works as a “senior adjunct research fellow” at the University of Queensland (Australia). One of her recent publications is the LEAP trial, an interesting multicenter randomized control trial investigating different treatment modalities for gluteal tendinopathy.
