Annelies De Groef

Annelies De Groef studeerde af als master in de revalidatiewetenschappen en kinesitherapie in 2006 aan de KU Leuven. Na wat werkervaring opgedaan te hebben startte ze haar eigen praktijk in 2008, die nu uitgegroeid is tot een mooie groepspraktijk.

Ze is oprichter van de groepslessen HiitForFIt en combineert de praktijk en het geven van deze lessen sinds 2014. Toen ze in 2017 een jaar naar het buitenland vertrok zag ze dit als een kans om deze geweldige trainingsvorm met iedereen te delen door middel van een boek. Zo kwam het boek “HiitForFit” in 2019 uit bij Lannoo.

In 2020 werd door haar de FitFabriek opgericht: een oefenzaal met moto “gezond bewegen voor iedereen”. In deze zaal is echt iedereen welkom: jong, oud, geblesseerd, sportief of net niet. En de groepslessen variëren van kinderyoga tot zelfverdediging voor jongeren tot rugscholing en Zumba voor 65plussers.

Zelf blijft haar passie vooral bij HiitForFit en wil ze iedereen inspireren en stimuleren om op deze manier te sporten, want ook Hiitforfit kan voor iedereen!
