This PowerTalk will overview the key outcomes after ACL Reconstruction and the factors that influence them. It will provide an indepth overview of ACL injury mechanism, graft regeneration processes, graft specific considerations during rehabilitation and outline how to build the most robust athletes to facilitate RTP.

In addition it will review physical testing after surgery with a particular focus on biomechanical analysis and review what tests and what variables are key during rehabilitation and how best to target them. This will include strength and power analysis, linear and change of direction mechanics and sports specific considerations.
