Jeroen Alessie is naast fysiotherapeut ook docent aan de Avans University of applied sciences (Breda, NL). Zijn belangrijkste vakgebied is bindweefsel, fysiologie, neurorevalidatie, motorisch leren, fysiologie en biomechanica. Jeroen is regelmatig key note speaker op nationale en internationale congressen en nascholingen over allerlei bindweefselgerelateerde onderwerpen. Hij is auteur en co-auteur van verschillende boeken, waaronder ‘Dynamiek van het menselijk bindweefsel’ (2021). Jeroen heeft ook meerdere publicaties op zijn naam staan en is de trotse eigenaar van een klein YouTube kanaal genaamd ‘Fun met Fysiologie’.
