Catherine Goedgezelschap

Catherine Goedgezelschap gelooft als kinesitherapeut en manueel therapeut in de combinatie van kinesitherapie aangevuld met yoga en levensstijl, een wetenschappelijk onderbouwde triade.

Sinds 2018 vind je haar terug onder de naam Medische Yoga Mechelen, gevestigd in haar multidisciplinaire groepspraktijk Gezondheidscentrum Mechelen. Naast de 1-op-1 therapie geeft Catherine ook workshops en cursussen, zowel voor recreatieve beoefenaars als voor collega therapeuten.

Wat ooit begon als een hobby groeide uit tot een passie die niet meer valt weg te denken uit haar leven. Na een intensieve opleiding tot yogadocent ontving Catherine een door Yoga Alliance, International Yoga Federation en European Yoga Association erkend certificaat. Aansluitend verdiepte (en verdiept) ze zich in de Medische Yoga Therapie, zowel in Nederland als Amerika.

Ze deelt haar enthousiasme en kennis graag met je in de basiscursus Yoga meets Physio en de daaropvolgende Masterclasses. Tot op de yogamat?!
