Elke Notebaert is vroedvrouw en richtte De Wolk op. De Wolk is een multidisciplinaire groepspraktijk en biedt allround pre en postnatale zorg.
Daarnaast leidt ze mee het bedrijf Care 4 Education, Care 4 Education organiseert congressen voor vroedvrouwen en ontwikkelt educatieve pakketten om zorg professionals te ondersteunen in prenatale voorbereiding.
Elke is een bezige bij, 2 jaar geleden richtte ze samen met een journaliste Motel Mama op. Een online platform om (toekomstige) ouders te informeren met wetenschappelijk onderbouwde informatie op een toegankelijke manier geschreven en online cursussen.
