Ellen Aalpoel

Ellen Aalpoel is kinesitherapeute en heeft haar eigen succesvolle trainingsbedrijf BliX-EM in het Nederlandse Deventer. Ze is gespecialiseerd in het trainen en begeleiden van vrouwen. Verder is ze reeds 30 jaar actief als docente waar ze opleidingen geeft omtrent zwangerschap en het begeleiden van vrouwen.

In 2016 hebben ze samen de Stichting DiastaseNetwerk Nederland opgericht, een informatie platform voor patiënten én professionals om eerlijke informatie te vinden en te delen. Even later startten ze in 2018 hun eigen opleidingsbedrijf de Women's Health Academy. Zo wordt hun rol als spreker of gastdocent voor andere organisaties vertaald naar het zelf organiseren en doceren van nascholingen voor professionals.  Alle onderwerpen omtrent vrouwengezondheid komen aan bod.  De tweedaagse cursus over de diastasis recti abdominis was hun eerste eigen opleiding in Nederland, dit bleek een groot succes te zijn.  Andere succesvolle topics zijn training en coaching peripartum en training en coaching perimenopausaal.
