Ina Van Humbeeck

Ina Van Humbeeck studeerde af als Master in de Psychologie in 2007 aan de KU Leuven. Na wat werkervaring opgedaan te hebben startte ze haar eigen praktijk in 2008, waar ze 10 jaar als kinderpsychologe werkte.

In 2019 behaalde ze het certificaat van slaapcoach (Baby Sleep Consultant Training- Baby Sleep Consultant New Zealand). Als slaapexpert begeleidt Ina ouders met een persoonlijke aanpak naar meer slaap zodat er terug rust en verbinding komt binnen gezinnen. Daarnaast schrijft ze regelmatig content en blogs op sociale media.
