Mieke De Schryver

Mieke De Schryver is kinesitherapeut gespecialiseerd in psychomotoriek, bekkenbodemreëducatie en oedeemtherapie. Om nog sterker in haar schoenen te staan behaalde ze ook nog een master in seksuologie. Tevens volgde ze een opleiding tot yogadocent en massagetherapeut en verdiepte ze zich in yin yoga en yoga bij zwangere vrouwen.

Mieke runt haar eigen praktijk in Gent waar ze deze kennis poogt te integreren. Een praktijk met een holistische aanpak gestoeld op de recentste wetenschappelijke evidentie voor het behandelen van problemen met oedemen, verlies van urine/stoelgang of problemen rond seksualiteit en chronische pijn. In haar praktijk is ze bezig met vragen rond geslacht (genderdysforie), geaardheid, verminderd verlangen, vroegtijdig of niet klaarkomen, pijn bij het vrijen en relaties.
