Tessy Boedt

Dr. Tessy Boedt is kinesitherapeute (KUL 2012) en voedingswetenschapper (KUL 2015) van opleiding gespecialiseerd in pre- en postnatale begeleiding en bezig met het afronden van haar doctoraat rond preconceptie zorg en levensstijl aan de KU Leuven. Onderzoek en mensen informeren rond gezondheid voor, tijdens en na de zwangerschap zijn voor haar echt haar passie. Tijdens haar eigen zwangerschap ontbrak voor haar ook een uitgebreid aanbod aan sport en leuke informatieve workshops rond perinatale gezondheid dus ging Tessy Boedt zelf verder opzoek naar meer verdieping en oefeningen binnen dit domein. Met deze info in de achterzak en baby Odette in de draagzak, begon het al snel te kriebelen om zelf sportlessen en workshops voor (aanstaande) mama’s te geven. Dat doet ze ondertussen met veel passie en plezier bij Mama Moves Mechelen/Health in Progress. Ondertussen is ze nu ook bevallen van haar 2e spruit Marcel, en helemaal klaar om jullie te overspoelen met tips, tricks en trainingen om fit en gezond de zwangerschap door te komen
